So you know how there are lots and lots of boobs in “Game of Thrones” and it kind of feels like a reward for sitting through the metric ton of exposition required to get you through to a scene where something happens (which is exactly the opposite of the way the books are structured, by the way. Love both, but come on)?
Here is a show that is the inverse of that. “Lost Girl” is about a succubus who doesn’t know she’s a succubus and keeps accidentally killing people until a bunch of punk-rock fairy people help her out. It’s Canada’s answer to “Buffy the Vampire Slayer,” and I submit to you that it is pretty good. It shows on Syfy over here.
